These spaces bring together individuals with shared lived experiences and create a sense of connection, validation, and psychological safety.

1. Navigating Arranged Marriage

Starts: December 6, 2025
Schedule: 4 Saturdays
Timing: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM IST
Collaboration: Soul Up

This support group offers a reflective space for individuals navigating the arranged marriage process. Participants explore expectations, family dynamics, emotional overwhelm, uncertainty, and decision-making in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

2. Depression Support Group

Starts: December 10, 2025
Schedule: 6 Wednesdays
Timing: 8:00 PM IST
Collaboration: Soul Up

A gentle, affirming group space for individuals experiencing depressive symptoms. This group focuses on understanding emotional patterns, building routines, managing hopelessness, and reconnecting with self through community support.

3. Narcissistic Abuse Support Group

Starts: December 30, 2025
Schedule: 10 Tuesdays
Timing: 8:00 PM IST
Collaboration: Soul Up

This group is designed for individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse in romantic, familial, or interpersonal relationships. Participants gain clarity about cycles of abuse, trauma bonds, emotional regulation, boundaries, and healing pathways.

4. Support Group for Neurodivergent Individuals (Autism & ADHD)

Starts: December 13, 2025
Schedule: 6 Saturdays
Timing: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST
Collaboration: Spedurite

This group provides a supportive space for neurodivergent individuals to explore strengths, challenges, and strategies for navigating daily life. The sessions focus on building self-understanding, fostering social connection, and learning practical coping techniques in a collaborative environment.
